Dr. Bernard is a double-board certified Consultation-Liaison Psychiatrist with extensive clinical and educational experience that spans inpatient, outpatient, military, civilian, veteran, public, academic and private practice settings. He is a fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and holds active unrestricted medical licenses in AL, AZ, CT, FL, NY, TX. He specializes in occupational Psychiatry with a focus on performance optimization. Vetted provider for the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) Mental Health and Wellness Program.
